Colon cleansing cocktail

Ingredients: Fresh Aloe Vera Freshly squeezed orange juice Fresh coconut water

Nutritional information: Aloe vera is best known for its amazing healing ability in burns this is due to the increased collagen cross-linking action which makes it just as healing for internal use! Internally Aloe has a laxative effect making it ideal if you suffer constipation. Additionally, it is anti-inflammatory and soothing for gastrointestinal inflammation which is ideal for irritable bowel syndrome. Also beneficial for assisting the balance of gut microbiota with its anti-microbial action and is also immune stimulating. (However, please do not take internally if you're pregnant or trying to conceive as laxatives are contraindicated in pregnancy).


Oranges, as we know, are a good source of Vitamin C. Vitamin C is a vital nutrient for its antioxidant, immune supportive, health-protective benefits. Phytonutrients found in Oranges such as polyphenols are well researched for their preventative action for diseases such as cardiovascular disease, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimers, cancer, diabetes to name a few!
