It is over a decade since my journey began to study the art and science of Natural Medicine. In this time I have raised three beautiful, healthy children and overcome my own personal health struggles.
Healing through nature and adopting the principle of 'whole' or holistic care is really at the heart of who I am. Each one of us is so wondrously unique. I delight in the challenge in assisting clients to learn more about themselves and their own healing capacity.
The focus of my service is to allow deep healing to take place, rather than at a superficial level, with only temporarily relief.
I strive to seek the cause of your health concerns. Also to educate you to incorporate simple and natural methods to help you reach your health goals - and sustain them.
I have a true appreciation and respect for the work as a health practitioner and in doing so I am very careful to ensure my treatment strategies are based on the latest research in complementary medicine. ​
