Cook with love

When we prepare our food, food that is whole and living, food that has colour and is fresh, if we go a step further and prepare our meals with sincere love and good intention it provides more than just nutrients. Without need of analysing the science behind proving this, let's just try it! Cook with love and it eat well, chewing and savouring each bite. Take your time and enjoy the company or your own company whilst doing so. This brings us back to that other level of eating our busy lives tends to neglect from time to time. A time to truly connect to the food that nourishes us!
Try it, make a special meal for your loved one/s or yourself and relish in the goodness that you have so lovingly prepared.
